These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FigLab services, applications, and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FigLab, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About FigLab

FigLab is an online learning platform that teaches users about Raspberry Pi, electronics, and programming through lessons and projects.

The Service may include educational content, interactive lessons, code exercises, and related learning features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FigLab.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

6. Educational and Hardware Disclaimer

FigLab provides educational content related to Raspberry Pi, electronics, and programming.

You are responsible for your own hardware projects and any equipment you use.

FigLab is not responsible for damage to devices, hardware, or equipment resulting from your use of the Service or lesson instructions.

You should follow appropriate safety precautions when working with electronics.

7. Intellectual Property

FigLab, including its software, design, branding, lessons, and content, is owned by FigSTEM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission, except as permitted by law.

8. User Content

You may submit content such as code, lesson responses, or project work while using FigLab.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant FigLab a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using FigLab at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect FigLab, users, or the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FigLab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FigSTEM and FigLab are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, hardware damage, or business interruption.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of FigLab after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
